Please Complete this Parent/Student Survey

Dear Families,
The District Office, in collaboration with the District Leadership Team, has prepared student survey and parent survey for the 2021-22 SY.
Both surveys are available in 5 languages, English, Spanish, Chinese, Polish, and Bengali. To accesses a preferred language students and parents can click the language icon on the top right of the survey and select the language of their choice. Please complete by Friday, December 17th.
